Leave your details and we’ll reach out within 24 hours to you.
We’ll explain exactly how it works and what happens next: simple, personal, and no strings attached.
Step 3 - match and earn
We find the right freelancers and get in touch with the company or project lead. If all matches well and the freelancer starts, you make a 3% commission on each hour worked.

Rules
- 3% is based on the rate of the freelancer that is submitted. An example: For a freelancer at a rate of € 100 per hour, Staff-IT gets 8% commission, and shares with you 3%. You earn up to € 528 per month (€ 800 * 3% * 22 days ) or € 6 336 per year.
- The 3% commission applies only to hours billed for the referred company’s first project that starts with Staff-IT, and only for hours worked within 365 days of that project’s start date.
- The commission is payed to you and calculated after receiving payment from the customer.
- Staff-IT reserves the right to amend or terminate the referral scheme at any time, and will notify referrers of any changes.
- Only the first referrer of a given company qualifies for the referral commission; duplicate referrals will be credited to the first valid submission.
