BI & Data Analyst Expert
Shape the Future of Corporate Banking Data Intelligence
We’re seeking a visionary BI & Data Analyst / Engineering Expert with a proven track record in banking transformation to lead a high-impact digital evolution. If you thrive at the intersection of business strategy, cutting-edge analytics, and technical innovation, this is your opportunity to redefine how data drives decisions for Corporate Banking’s Sales, Metiers, and Leadership teams.
Your Mission: From Legacy to Leadership
Under the (Cluster) Product Owner’s guidance, you’ll spearhead the end-to-end modernization of the BI and reporting ecosystem—transitioning from SAS/SQL, Alteryx, and JavaScript/React to a future-proof Power BI platform integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
This isn’t just a migration; you won’t just build reports; it’s a strategic reinvention of how data flows, insights are delivered, and business value is unlocked.
What We’re Looking For
- A seasoned BI & Data Engineering expert with deep banking transformation experience.
- A strategic thinker who can assess legacy systems, data flows, and business needs—contributing to architecting a scalable, future-ready solution.
- A change agent who excels in guiding teams through technical transitions while ensuring business continuity and adoption.
- A collaborative leader who bridges the gap between technical execution and business vision.

5. Documentation & Governance
- Establish and enforce documentation standards for:
- Datasets (business definitions, technical specifications, refresh policies).
- Workflows (ETL logic, Power BI reports, dependency mappings).
- Naming conventions and metadata tagging to ensure discoverability, reusability, and auditability across teams.
6. Testing, Validation & Technical Debt Reduction
- Orchestrate coexistence between legacy systems and new Power BI ecosystems during transition phases.
- Develop reusable transformation patterns and consistent business logic across workflows to minimize technical debt.
- Design test cases, validate outputs with stakeholders, and document changes for traceability.
