Identity & Access Management Operations is a division of the team.

You will be part of an ambitious IAM program to get applications, platforms and information assets under control. IAM is about defining and managing the roles and accesses of collaborators to a variety of cloud and on-premises applications.

We are looking for an Access Manager with a strong knowledge of RBAC, IIQ, architecture and security principles in the IAM domain. You play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

You collaborate with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and to ensure that the developed solutions meet these requirements effectively. You will be responsible for the Business role modeling and Data modeling.

For this specific mission, we are looking for a profile with good and proven experience in:

• Identity and access management
• SailPoint IdentityIQ (Identity Governance and Administration solution)
• Define and maintain the new RBAC
• Document security files, promote IAM security guidelines, processes and changes
• Support the CIAM community where needed with trainings, reports and feedback
• Lead (impact) analysis on IIQ and IAM business
• Working in close collaboration with IAM Operations colleagues, IAM Engineering, ICT/IAM and the team
